Booking deposit THB 100,000 (THB 300,000 for a penthouse), then four equal steps of 25%: on the sale and purchase agreement, the first instalment, the second instalment and the transfer of ownership at handover.

Buildings A and B are pet-friendly, and the estate has a pet club lawn with an agility track. The other six buildings are pet-free.

Yes: Coralina is registered as a Thai condominium and a foreign buyer holds the apartment freehold within the 49% foreign quota. Thai buyers and companies take the rest; the transfer is registered at the Land Department at handover.

Pick the type, the building and the floor on the explorer, we confirm the unit against the developer's current list and price, you pay the THB 100,000 booking deposit to Rhom Bho Property's Kasikorn Bank account and receive the sale and purchase agreement for the first 25%.
